RSS5000: Rotary Slitter

The Rotary Slitter is a high-speed precision slitting instrument used to slit web materials up to 300 mm in width into thin webs down to 5 mm in width. The minimum cut width will be application limited. The slit webs are collected in roll formats on take-up reels. The slitting process is enclosed in a cabinet with safety interlocks. The unit is designed with a quick change blade set assembly for change over to different cut widths.
