PCR is the backbone of today’s genomic research and diagnostic community. The growing need for genomic data calls for high density, low volume PCR.
BioDot enables 384, 1536, and higher density formats that generate thousands of reactions in nanoliter volumes. Ten times the reactions can be performed at a tenth of the reagent consumption.
Low Volume Without Evaporation
BioDot’s ‘seal on demand’ technology encapsulates each reaction and protects it from evaporation as soon as the PCR sample, template, or enzyme is added to the reaction well. This technique also eliminates the need to seal the plate prior to thermocycling.
