The MODULIS bridges the gap between clinical and high-volume manufacturing by incorporating the SuperTrak GEN3™ with BioDot's proven dispensing technology. The MODULIS allows for programmable, asynchronous, linear motion technology.
The MODULIS also comes with smart vision integration, a configurable system footprint, and integrated parent PLC cell control. Quick index shuttles reduce the need for tooling parts. And the MODULIS comes with BioDot's complete IQ/OQ support.

Speed and Precision
The MODULIS platform uses the BioJet™ dispenser to produce microliter to nanoliter drops. The BioJet is driven by a syringe pump and utilizes a non-contact solenoid to provide an accurate, non-contact dispense. The BioJet is designed to perform both bulk dispense and aspirate and dispense operations.
