BioDot Announces the introduction of MODULIS™, A Modular, Integrated Solution for Clinical & High-Volume Manufacturing!
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA. 2/27/2024: BioDot, Inc. has combined its ultra-low volume dispensing technology, The BioJet™ with SuperTrak Gen3™ smart conveyance and ATS Smart vision platforms to create the MODULIS™, a high-volume production platform.
MODULIS™ is an integrated solution that delivers high-volume manufacturing for the life sciences and medical diagnostics industries. BioDot’s modular design, combined with its dispensing technology, dramatically shortens lead times and improves scalability for high production volumes.
Many point-of-care diagnostic tools require the dispensation of dozens to thousands of reagents onto a single device. Standalone workstations cannot achieve the necessary throughput for customers trying to get to market quickly. By integrating a conveyance system and multiple dispensing modules, MODULIS™ allows batch production of products ready for commercialization.
