Enabling 60 μL Lyobead Dispensing

Breaking new ground in lyobead production, BioDot’s latest application note demonstrates reliable 60 µL lyobead dispensing using a newly developed Sequential Drop Software Mode on the Sphera platform. By dispensing two sequential 30 µL drops at the same location and optimizing motion control, BioDot achieved consistent bead formation, high placement accuracy, and low CV performance without requiring hardware modifications.
