Multiplex Array Web Printing for Lateral Flow Devices

High volume manufacturing of lateral flow multiplex arrays is now available from BioDot. Development of multiplexing in the LFA has been tremendously active thanks to the simplicity, speed and cost-effectiveness of the technology.    Typically R&D is done in a semi-manual "batch" process utilizing cut strips of materials that does not always transfer well to high volume manufacturing.  BioDot's new system offers continuous reagent dispensing and drying in a web/in-line format.  Web processing offers increased speed, quality and reproducibility in manufacturing.
